The Property and Management Board is responsible for maintaining the property at the church and the parsonage. In order to do this, they arrange a yearly inspection of the church and parsonage property, conferring with the custodian about repairs that need to be made at the church, and with the pastor and spouse about upkeep needed at the parsonage. The Property and Management Board also schedules fall and spring workdays on the grounds, and are delegated with the responsibility of obtaining a Christmas tree and having it in place before the Second Sunday in Advent.
